Our Mission
The Farmington Food Co-op is a cooperatively owned and operated business dedicated to growing a healthier community and resilient food system by bringing local farmers, producers and consumers together.
Our Vision
To serve as a reliable community resource that provides locally sourced, high quality, fairly priced foods and goods while advancing a resilient and sustainable local economy.
Who we are
We are a group of 13 community members who have come together to work toward establishing a food co-op in Farmington. We're from Farmington, Wilton, Industry, Starks and New Sharon. We are farmers, tappers, herbalists, gardeners, bakers, cheese makers, food advocates and more. Above all else, we are neighbors who believe strongly in the mission and vision of this project. ​​
